DSP. Maker Marked Ingram Richardson, Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. C. 1920's Porcelain Service Station Sign for Congress Security Tires. CONDITION: Side one shows excellent color & gloss throughout the field with no field chipping and only minimal surface scratching showing excellent cobalt blue. Side one shows minimal edge chips, (Score 91). Side two also shows outstanding color & gloss throughout with no field chipping. Side two shows minimal surface scratching with some light stain and factory flaw. Side two shows some moderate edge chipping, (Score 89). The flange portion shows only minimal nicks and light use wear. An excellent example.
