Circa 1905. Figure in metallic green shirt and brown pants balanced on one foot. Connected to bell by a chain suspending clappers and to the rear axle by rod and clip. When pulled forward figure pivots causing clappers to alternately ring the bell. Mounted on red base, embossed "Tramp #47" in gold.

Condition: (Near Mint Plus).
