Attributed to Gong Bell Co. Elaborate cast iron polychrome red base. Wire armature in the form of a see saw. Two painted tin male figures perch on embossed shell-like seat and see saw back and forth as toy is pulled. Exquisite gilded cast lead eagle on center post. Typical of Gong Bell with cast iron heart-shaped wheels and nickel plated cast brass bell.
Condition: (Near Mint Plus).
