American. Includes steam engine with nice stenciled cab, original smokestack, and cowcatcher. Also includes three paper over cardboard passenger cars with tin roofs. Passenger cars consist of one red US Express Mail car, one United States drawing room car, and one passenger car. Some scratching, paint loss, and wear to roofs and some fading and bending to paper on cars. Tender is not included in this set. Includes very scarce original boxes with lids for the locomotive and three cars and approximately 16 pieces of scarce wooden track.
