Circa 1930s. Wood figures with tin litho base. Large wood wheels. Base features a circus scene with Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and Tiger. Mickey and Minnie tumble as toy is pulled. Missing noise maker on bottom. Distributed by George Borgfeldt. Moderate overall wear and scratching. Appears to have original ears and tails.

Condition: (VERY GOOD).
