Manufactured circa 1902 with 4 - 3/4" barrel chambered in .41 Colt with blade front sight and frame notch rear. Only about 16000 Colt standard frame Single Action Army revolvers were made in this caliber. Mounted with 2 piece checkered gutta percha grips featuring a Rampant Colt in an oval on either side. CONDITION: Very good as professionally restored, with nearly all of the added blue finish remaining with scattered light freckling and handling marks. Frame retains brilliant added case colors with areas of light pits on frame near forcing cone and red freckling on hammer. Grips are in very good condition with no major cracks and several added "kill notches" on butt. Mechanically tight and crips with all 4 notches present. Bore is dark with heavy abrasion.
