German. Made by Tipp & Co. Wind-up mechanism is working. One of the most desirable Disney toys. Very scarce with less than ten all original examples known. Highly detailed includes Tipp logo on gas tank. Visible motor and tires marked "Dunlop Cord". Moderate overall paint wear with a few nicks, scratches, and spots of bare metal but still displays as shiny and glossy.
