Working. Extremely rare and one of only a couple known examples. Figures are celluloid and platform and wheels are tin. Marked "Made in Japan" on back of figures and inspection sticker on one foot. Figures appear to be all original but have some denting throughout and pushed-up noses. Base and wheels are restored.
