Japanese. Circa 1930s. Working. Made for the English market and sold under the Paradise Novelty Company brand name. Cart is tin litho and figures are celluloid. When in operation, Pluto is articulated and moves up and down. Inspection sticker on bottom of Pluto. Mickey's nose is slightly pushed in, Pluto has a replacement left leg, and overall wear to wheels.
Condition: (Good - Very Good).
