American. Working. Goofy has original hardened rubber ears and is missing plastic tool set. Some oxidation and pitting inside of cart and some scratching and wear overall. Includes partial original box with one end flap and two accompanying inner flaps missing from one side. Overall box has some creasing and tearing.
Condition: (Good - Very Good).
