American. Working but needs flint to spark. Plastic and celluloid top sparks when car is pushed. Original direction label marked "Walt Disney Productions" on bottom of car. Very nice lithographed Disney characters on all sides. Includes crisp original box with nice depictions of Mickey, Donald, and Goofy on front. Box with only slight creasing overall.

Condition: (Excellent).
