American. Not working (missing spring mechanism). Composition Donald and Pluto figures are original but have some peeling and paint loss, especially to heads. Partial cardboard ears remain on Pluto's head and some discoloration and scratching to Pluto's doghouse. Includes original box marked "Lionel No. 1107" with nice depiction of Donald operating rail car on track with Pluto in front of doghouse. Box has staining, creasing, and is partially missing two sides.
Condition: (Good).
