American. Working. Figure is tin with pressed cardboard legs. Marked "1939 Walt Disney Productions". Nice tin litho base shows characters from Disney's Pinocchio. Some scratching and wear throughout. Includes very colorful original box with some staining, creasing, and slight restoration. Box is mostly complete but part of top flap is missing.

Condition: (Very Good - Excellent).
