Made H. Burgsmuller in Germany circa 1920. 31 - 1/4" octagonal blued Bohler steel barrel with full matted sight plane, D.R.G.M. marked rear adjustable sight peep, protected front sight; no rear sight. Blued Martini style receiver with double set triggers and finger loop grip opening lever. Schuetzen style checkered walnut stock with dished cheekpiece, finger rest, steel Schuetzen style buttplate, and schnabel forearm. CONDITION: 90% bright barrel blue with handling and edge wear. 95% fading action finish. Small handling marks and dings overall. Traces of original varnish. Good bore with visible rifling and crisp mechanics.
