Number 42 of only 500 produced in 1960 to celebrate the 90 anniversary of Marlin. Bright chrome finished with a gold washed trigger. 24" round barrel with blued hooded blade front sight and elevation adjustable rear sight. Select figured checkered pistol grip walnut buttstock with factory carved squirrel motif on right side, inlaid bullseye trademark, and white lined black butt plate and grip cap. Matching checkered walnut forend with chrome nose cap and sling swivels. CONDITION: Excellent. Only scattered handling marks on metal, one larger scratch present on the left side of receiver. Stocks likewise have some scattered impressions. Fine bore, likely unfired since leaving the factory. Mechanically fine.
