Collected as Comanche or Comanchero, 33" length. Buffalo hide straps with buffalo hair lacing, period Mexican bit with drop. From the caption:
"The Comanche traders who ventured into the Plains Indian Territory most often were poor; Mestizo frontiersman, or Pueblo adventurers hoping for a minimal profit on their journeys. It was common for them to conserve and recycle every scrap of expendable 'inventory'. This bridle exemplifies that careful effort.". A custom stand is included.
