b) "The Players / Republic Confidential" by Jack Mathis, Volumes 1 & 2, first editions, volume one in the original shipping box. A very rare set. A catalog of every actor and actress who ever received a screen credit for an appearance in a Republic Pictures movie, with additional documentation regarding the studio's contract players. Includes an image of most if not all, many more for the contract players, which included Gene Autry, Roy Rogers and Clayton Moore. Also included, Roy Barcroft, Smiley Burnette, Vera Ralston, Ray Middleton, Tom Tyler, Ray Corrigan, Slim Pickens.
