Lot consists of: (A) Austrian 1850/1871 Model Naval Officer's Sword. Naval motifs on blade and maker marked by L. Zeitler. Bright blade with evidence of polishing. Brass hilt with crest and mermaids. Shagreen grip. With scabbard for an army sword. Scabbard leather is poor with intact wood body. Nice patina to brass mounts. CONDITION: NRA Good. (B) Austrian Model 1837 sword with flamboyant hussar form hilt. Chip in grip toward pommel. curved broad fullered blade with clipped point. Heavy patina throughout. Leather scabbard with loose metal mounts. Scabbard with matching patina. CONDITION: NRA Fair.
