A group of four original images from a Glentzer family photo album taken in Pawnee, Oklahoma Territory.
a) Cabinet card image an impressive group including, front row, Deputy Sheriff Cook Horton (armed with a Colt SA), a Native American next to him with a black eye, (most likely the man arrested by the posse), John Glentzer a local horse trader, second row; J. E. Finney aka Shah-Pah-Nah-She, unidentified Native American, Spotted Dog Eater, back row, unidentified, John Havinghurst, clerk U.S. Court, unidentified, T. M. Finney aka Wah-Sho-Wah-Ga-Lay and Howling Wolf, (Howling Wolf and Spotted Dog Eater worked as Osage scouts for Heck Thomas in his many pursuits of outlaws in the Oklahoma Territory.
