C. 1906, The Mills Novelty Co., Chicago, IL. "Extremely rare" would be an understatement for this fortune teller made by the Mills Novelty Co. Very little is known about this machine, but it is believed it could be ordered in several versions depending on what type of fortune is to be told. This example was made to tell the customer about their future spouse. The 1¢ would be deposited into the slot to choose your future husband or your wife. There were five different hand types used to tell the fortune and the customer would try and get one that resembled their own. This example may be one of less than a couple known and represents a unique opportunity to add a rare fortune teller to your collection. CONDITION: Complete and working. Showing repairs to the palm marquee and to the front Madam, but all very tastefully done. The quartered oak cabinet shows light wear, but also has a great aged patina. This fortune teller would be the standout in any collection.
This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.Condition: (Very Good).
