Perhaps the finest limited edition Kimber produced to date, the is one of just 250 built by Kimber and finished by Doug Turnbull to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the iconic 1911. Classic 5" barrel chambered in .45 ACP with blade front sight and adjustable Kimber target rear. The brush-blued slide sides are engraved in script on the left "Custom Kimber Shop" and on the right "Centennial Edition" with additional foliate scroll flourishes and line borders. Nitre blued low profile trigger and lightened hammer. The government model style frame features very attractive Turnbull case colors and is fit with a set of smooth ivory grips. Housed in the correct French fit hardwood display case. CONDITION: Excellent, as new. Virtually all of the original finishes are retained throughout with minimal handling marks. Excellent mirror bore. Fine mechanics. Case has a few handling marks but displays well. A very attractive and desirable 1911.
