Made by Sako in Finland in 1950. 24" round tapered blued barrel with hooded ramp front sight (missing hood), no rear sight boss, and marked at breech "HORNET/5.5x36R". Matching blued detachable magazine fed action marked with serial number with standard "L46" Riihimaki markings and side lever safety. Action has grooved receiver with standard polished trigger. Standard light checkered walnut pistol grip stock with plastic grip cap and rubber solid recoil pad with added period style sling swivels. Comes with Sako-style scope rings. CONDITION: Overall 98%, with small handling marks and light edge wear. Excellent bore and mechanics.
