American. Early iron spoked wheels with rubber tires. Nice "Big Boy" decals on fenders. Original wooden ladders. Silver side tank pieces appear to have been replaced and paint looks to be mostly original with some spidering and crazing. Some portions of truck may be over-painted but still a very nice display piece.

Condition: (Repainted).
