American. Made by Ideal Novelty & Toy Company in New York. Original hat with feather and nice Pinocchio sticker on chest. Legs, arms, and head are jointed. Some wear to nose and crazing and cracking to top of head. Includes very nice and complete original box with pictures of Pinocchio and some creasing.

Condition: (Very Good).
