Japan. Circa 1930s. Working. Rare toy. Figures are celluloid and platform is tin. Mickey marked "Made in Japan" with some discoloration, one dent to stomach, and one hole in right foot. Pluto is a replacement plaster-filled figure. Base has some pitting and rusting to wheels and platform.

Condition: (Good - Very Good).
