Men's vintage Omega Speedmaster 42mm stainless steel Moon watch with original "Chocolate Brown" dial. Reference #145.022-69. Serial #29604192, c. 1970. Watch is currently installed on a beautiful handmade brown leather stitched band with a steel tang/buckle. Dial marked "T SWISS MADE T" with original worn lumes. Tachymetre bezel exhibits moderate wear with some minor losses around outer edge. Watch is running. All chronograph functions tested and working properly.
