Manufactured in 1962 and extravagantly factory finished in gold wash with finely executed, shaded deep foliate scroll and floral engraving. Engraving has approximately 80% coverage. Very interesting and attractive wraparound cream-colored plastic grips inlaid with panels of mother of pearl. Gun is otherwise standard with 3 - 1/2" round barrel chambered in .32 ACP, fixed blade front sight, and drift adjustable rear. Accompanied by 2 total magazines with gold washed finger tab bases, gold washed cleaning rod, factory fitted leatherette case, and manual. CONDITION: Very good. Nearly all of the attractive gold finish is retained with some mild flaking and freckling. Grips have scattered handling marks. Good, strong bore. Fine mechanics. Case lid has some cracking and separation from age. An outstanding and highly attractive deluxe finished Beretta.
