Unmarked bisque socket head on shoulder plate, possibly by Barrois with lovely early face. Very pale bisque with long multi-stroked eyebrows, molded upper eyelids, painted upper and lower eyelashes, cobalt blue enameled eyes, closed mouth with lip shading strokes, shaded chin, pierced ears with earrings, cork pate, vintage brown human hair wig. Original early cloth body with kid arms. Beautifully redressed in antique silk (some deterioration to bodice), antique velvet hat, antique underwear, shoes and stockings. A beautiful early poupée!
