DSP. A nice example of this large double sided porcelain service station sign from Oldsmobile featuring the iconic globe graphic with nice gloss and color throughout. CONDITION: Side 1 shows good color and shine throughout the field. There are a few chips to the porcelain scattered throughout the field, as well as some discoloration in the lettering and globe graphic. The outer edges show some porcelain loss and metal bending, the worst of which is along the bottom edge (Score 79). Side 2 shows a good number of very small porcelain chips in the center of the globe graphic. The outer field also has a variety of porcelain chips throughout of various sizes. The extreme outer edges show porcelain loss and staining throughout. The worst of the outer edge damage is along the bottom edge, which shows rust, bending, and porcelain loss (Score 76). In total, a well displaying sign that is ready to hang with a great patina look.
