This is one of the higher quality Trade S, D & G shotguns probably made by J.P. SAUER. Damascus twist barrels with manual ejectors. Matching numbers. Features side locks with light engraving, double triggers, dolls head lock, checkered walnut round knob stock with gutta percha butt plate, checkered splinter forearm with ebony inset. CONDITION: Fine. Barrels exhibit some fine Damascus pattern, soft patina, few minor dents with fairly clean but scored bores. Action colors have faded to dull nickel appearance. Stock is excellent with sharp fine line checkering but there is a small stress crack in wrist. Forearm is excellent. Lock up is tight. Both hammers strike. Handsome shotgun.
