DSP. An exceptional example of this double sided porcelain die-cut sign from Shell featuring the iconic company lettering with truly outstanding color and shine throughout. CONDITION: Side 1 has amazing color and shine with no mentionable damage in the field. The four upper factory mounting holes retain their original grommets and show no damage to speak of. The extreme outer edges of the sign show a few porcelain chips, the worst of which is in the bottom left corner edges (Score 95). Side 2 retains similarly excellent color and shine. There is a slight dullness in a few areas of the gloss, likely from moisture and weather. There are a few light rubs to the porcelain in the bottom field. The outer edges show a few porcelain chips, the worst of which is on the center left edge (Score 91). A truly exceptional example with gloss, color, and shelving that is remarkable. A hard piece to ever upgrade.
