SSP. A nice example of this vibrant single sided porcelain sign from Socony Motor Oil featuring excellent porcelain shelving and nice gloss. CONDITION: The inner field of this sign retains great gloss and color, and is exceptionally clean. The outer field shows a few porcelain chips on the left and right sides. Five of the twelve mounting holes retain their original grommets, and all show light porcelain chipping. The outer edges also show a few areas of chipping- the worst of which is in the center of the upper outer edge. An uncommon and desirable sign.
