Shipped January 15, 1959 to East Pasadena Firearms & Tackle in Pasadena, California, in a shipment of 1 gun of the same type. Shipped with blue finish and stocks are "Not Listed", which would be rubber for the time period. Current configuration is same as the letter with blue finish, color case hardened frame, and mounted with checkered hard rubber grips featuring a Rampant Colt on either side in an oval. Accompanied by factory letter as well as correct black 2nd generation factory box serial numbered to the gun on bottom side in orange pencil. CONDITION: Excellent+, with virtually all of the original finish remaining with scattered light handling marks. Frame retains bright case colors. Hammer retains protective wax cover. Cylinder does not have a dragline. Grips are in matching condition with no major signs of distress. Bore is bright with sharp rifling. Box is very good with wear to lid and high edges.
