Manufactured circa 1960 as a "kit gun", where Great Western Arms would send the end user the parts to assemble their revolver. Engraved with about 75% coverage, and silver plated. Engraving consists of well-executed floral and vine scroll on a punchdot background with accenting wrigglework and cross-hatching. Top of backstrap near hammer is engraved with a raised flying eagle. CONDITION: Excellent, with nearly all of the silver plating remaining, with light wear and patination. 1 piece smooth walnut grips are strong with no major cracks. Bore is frosted with worn but visible rifling.
