A rare and desirable example of this double sided porcelain sign from Mobil featuring the iconic Pegasus and a nicely made steel weather vain. CONDITION: Side 1 shows porcelain chipping and wear in a few areas. The outer edges show minor discoloration and small porcelain chipping as well. Side 2 retains excellent color and gloss. There are a few areas of porcelain loss, the worst of which is at the base of the Pegasus' tail. There is also a non-factory mounting holes in the top of the pesasus' head. The rest of the weather vain shows age appropriate wear and nice patina. An eye-catching and desirable piece of advertising.
