War time manufacture but no inspector stamps, so probably issued as security weapon at war plant. Military parkerized finish, case color hammer & trigger, matching numbers on cylinder and barrel. Number stamped inside right walnut grip panel does not match nor does the color to the other panel. Lanyard is missing. This gun built on K-frame, 5-screw, pinned barrel. CONDITION: Excellent, Showing at least 85% finish with high edge and handling wear blended with some patina. Action works fine. Bore is bright.
