Looks to be gas-powered, but does not have a motor. Black rubber tires, which are marked "C-R Hayward Cal." Has plastic suited driver, which looks like a G.I. Joe figure, marked "No. 17 Gilmore Red Lion." Made of wood, rubber and steel. Provenance: From the sale of the Gene Ponder collection.
