Proof marks date to 1925-1954. Barrels are marked "WEBLEY & SCOTT LTD BIRMINGHAM & / MADE IN ENGLAND / 55, VICTORIA STREET, LONDON, S.W.1." Both sides of frame are marked with Webley & Scott LTD manufacture marking. Water table is marked with Birmingham View markings and Webley & Scott flying bullet logo. Barrel flats with Birmingham proof, view, and nitro proofs. Blue finish on barrel and trigger guard with color case hardened frame. 2 piece checkered walnut stock and forearm with British style leather wrapped recoil pad. Automatic safety. CONDITION: Excellent, as benefitting from a complete professional refurbishment, with the vast majority of reapplied blue finish remaining. Frame retains vibrant case colors. Stock and forearm have sharp checkering and no major signs of distress. Mechanically fine. Bores are bright and smooth. Would be a great shooter.
