DSP. Maker Marked Reliance. Scarce C. 1930's Porcelain Service Station Sign for Alemite Lubrication showing large A graphic. CONDITION: Side one shows excellent color & gloss throughout the field showing minimal surface scratching and light age wear. Side one shows one chip at the right mounting hole with minor chips along the outer edge, (Score 90). Side two also shows excellent color & gloss throughout the chip free field showing minimal mounting hole wear as well as some light chipping along the outer edge. Side two shows a heavier factory flaw at the upper left edge, (Score 88). An excellent displaying example of this seldom seen sign from Alemite.
