American stocked with a carved beavertail around the barrel tang and early form. British marked barrel and a French model 1754 lock that has been converted to percussion. Shaped brass wrist escutcheon, engraved buttplate tang and sideplate. Trigger guard with a trifed finial. CONDITION: Barrel and lock have dark heavy patina. Brass mostly dark mustard patina. Lock functions properly. Front ramrod pipe missing and stock shows scattered cracks and areas of minor damage.
