Large German folding bowie knife with a 7 - 3/4" clip point blade that is marked "GERMANY" on the obverse ricasso. Blade exhibits a light gray patina with scattered freckling. Silvered bolsters with stag rips held in place by 6 brass pins on each side. Silvered shield escutcheon on obverse grip. Blade locks when folded. 12 - 1/4" overall length when unfolded. Complete with its leather scabbard that features a silvered tip with a few dents. Belt loop intact with scabbard body exhibiting scattered blemishes. 1 side of snap broken. CONDITION: Good.
