Finished in lustrous commercial high polish blue with standard slide legend. Crown over "N" proofed barrel chambered in .22 LR as scarcely encountered. Checkered 2-piece black plastic "WALTHER" banner grips. Front strap marked "SA der NSDAP / Gruppe Sudwest" and numbered "167". In addition to .32 PPs, the SA acquired a limited number of .22 caliber pistols for training purposes, as much of their role after 1934 was providing military training to civilians. Pistol is accompanied by a pair of 1 hole magazines, 1 with black plastic finger tab, in addition to a black dyed leather "D.R.G.M / Akah" holster. Inside of holster identified to a "Conrad Schwarz" with birth date "geb. am 14.8.82". CONDITION: Excellent. Approximately 97% blue with mild edge wear. Grips have only minor marks. Very fine, bright bore. Crisp mechanics. Holster is very good overall with some expected wear. An outstanding example of a very rare SA issue sidearm deserving further research.
