Circa 1939. Finished in lustrous high polish blue with standard slide legend on the left. Slide and barrel crown over "N" proofed. Left side of frame also stamped with an eagle "C" police acceptance marking. Mottled brown checkered Bakelite grips with "WALTHER" banners. Complete with "WALTHER" banner marked finger tab and flat bottom magazines, as well as a brown leather "D.R.G.M. / Akah" marked holster. CONDITION: Excellent. Nearly all of the bright factory blue is retained throughout with some mild high edge wear and scattered marks. Grips have a few splits and minor chips but appear stable and display very well. Fine bright bore. Crisp mechanics. Holster has some expected surface wear but remains supple. A nice example.
