Adopted as the official Austria Hungarian army in 1912, this example is dated 1916. Matching serial number on frame & slide, blue finish, checkered walnut grips. Gun is nazi police stamped on right trigger guard with eagle N proofs, also stamped 08 on left side of slide Steyr 1916 is stamped on left side slide as well with several K proof marks. Has brass museum tag. CONDITION Excellent. 807 blue , a few thinning areas with high edge and light handling wear, grips excellent, bore is mirror bright.
