Standard issue of the French Army beginning in 1950, with approximately 222,000 produced by Chatellerault prior to 1963 when production was moved to St. Etienne. This pair of consecutively numbered, H5721 and H5722, pistols remain in standard configuration with full phosphate finish, fixed sights, and ribbed composite grips. Pistols are discreetly import marked on the grip base by Navy Arms. Each is accompanied by a surplus olive nylon holster, 1 dated 1982, and brass cleaning rod. CONDITION: Guns are very good overall. The vast majority of the arsenal applied phosphate finishes are retained with some mild edgewear and handling marks. Grips likewise have some surface wear. Good, strong and bright bores with light frosting. Fine mechanics. Accessories rate very good.
