AGS CERTIFIED #11110. Single 15" Globe Lens on Metal Low Profile Body. A very rare and tough to find C. 1910's Globe Lens from Indian Gasoline, a product of Indian Refining Company, Lawrenceville, Illinois. Lens shows the iconic Running Indian graphic throughout the inner field as well as Indian Gasoline script along the outer edge. CONDITION: Lens is in overall excellent condition, showing no wear to the Running Indian graphic or Indian Gasoline lettering. Like the majority of these lenses that are known, the backside of the lens has a protective coating applied over the paint to preserve the lens and prevent flaking. The paint is sound and the lens displays very well. The outer glass shows some minor surface scratching as well as some light cloudiness, most of which is not noticeable. Lens is set on a High Profile Metal body which has been repainted in red. A very rare piece of early Gas & Oil Advertising from Indian Gasoline.
