AGS CERTIFIED #11189. DSP. A rare and desirable example of this double sided porcelain sign from Frontier Gas featuring the iconic "Golden Rider" graphic with "Rarin' to Go" verbiage. CONDITION: Side 1 retains excellent gloss and color throughout the field. There are scattered porcelain chips throughout the field on this sign, the worst of which are in the outer red section of the field. The horse graphic shows light discoloration and surface wear. The outer edges of the sign show wear and porcelain chipping, the worst of which is on the extreme outer edge of the bottom center (Score 86). Side 2 retains similarly nice color and gloss. There are porcelain chips scattered throughout the inner and outer fields, the worst of which is on the outer bottom right field. There is some slight discoloration to the yellow parts of the horse graphic, as well as, general surface scratching spread throughout. The outer edges show chipping and wear as well (Score 84). This sign comes with a nice steel ring painted black to match the sign. A desirable and well-presenting sign ready to hang.
