AGS CERTIFIED #11218. DSP. A highly desirable C. 1930's double sided porcelain sign from Oilzum featuring a large Oswald graphic. Originally a curb sign, this sign now has a new custom ring with hanging hooks attached to the top. CONDITION: Side 1 retains good color in the field with slight wear to the gloss and surface. There are a few areas of porcelain loss scattered throughout the field, the worst of which is in the right side of Oswald's hat. There are two non-factory mounting holes that have been added to top center edge of this sign. The bottom edge retains the two original factory mounting holes. The extreme outer edges show wear and small areas of porcelain chipping throughout. (SCORE 79). Side 2 retains good color but shows slightly more wear to the gloss with surface scratching being present throughout the field. There are a few areas of porcelain loss in the field, the worst of which are on Oswald's hat and on either side of his face. The extreme outer edges remain nice with only slight porcelain loss in a few areas (SCORE 76). The custom ring for this sign is nicely painted black and is ready to hang.
