Lot consists of: (A) World War I era M1852 Naval Officer's sword marked "PRESENTED TO J.P. STEEDLEY, BY ENGINEER'S DIVISION OF THE U.S.S. BALTIMORE OCTOBER 5, 1917." on blade. Maker marked "HERMAN COHN BROOKLYN N.Y.". Standard configuration with sword knot. Complete with scabbard. Blade with light wear, nice patina to hilt and scabbard mounts. A few light bends in leather body. CONDITION: Good. (B) Civil War leather sword scabbard for a cavalry saber. Abrasions to leather, patina to mounts. CONDITION: Good.
