Circa 1965 per serial number. 28" barrels with vent rib and bright pink fibre optic front sight and bead mid sight. Browning sliding forearm with visible proofs for a 28 gauge, 2 - 3/4" chamber (70mm), and "**S" choke codes for Skeet in both barrels. Classic Grade I engraved boxlock action, single gold washed inertia driven trigger with a long tang round knob pistol grip configuration, non-automatic safety with "S" engraved ahead of slide, "O" and "U" on either side for selector position. Densely grained Monte Carlo stock with sidepanels, checkered in 2 panels of wave pattern about the wrist, and finished by a Pachmayr brown pad. CONDITION: Barrels with the vast majority of the factory bluing with some handling marks throughout, including some silvering where forearm reciprocates, and some fine oxidation on bottom barrel, approximately 1 - 1/4" long. Action with the vast majority of the factory bluing, silvering to high edges and at carry point, with some superficial handling marks throughout. Wood is very good with some handling marks, somewhat heavier on stock. Mechanically fine, bore is excellent with some minor firing residue. Ejectors are strong and in time.
